I need help with my artwork
That's absolutely fine and generally, it is why we are here. Fill in the form on the link HERE and we will be in touch with any additional questions.
How do I send my artwork
The easiest way to get artwork to us is by uploading it to HERE. We will check your artwork is suitable for printing on the specified product and contact you with a proof of with any additional information.
How long will my printing take to arrive?
As a genaral rule, the turnaround time for 90% of the products is 5 Working Days on our normal turnaround. Once approved, we will email you with the delivery schedule. If you need something sooner, then we have an Express turnaround time. At the moment, it is best you email us for further details as this is not yet available on our website
Can I collect my print?
We do not charge for deliveries. Collection is not always possible due to logistics, as everything is printed at a central hub it would not be available any sooner. If you are concerned about deliveries, then email us for further details. We do generally provide an hour delivery window.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
You will not see any mention of VAT on any of our products. That is because we are not registered for VAT. We pay the VAT so you don't need too.
I want to pay another method
We are set-up to accept payment via GoCardless. If you would prefer you can opt to pay via Bank Transfer. We do not accept payments by Cheque or Cash.
